Problems with Little Reader

Hi
I'm having problems with Little Reader that I hope can be fixed.
Firstly, files are not working when we try to play them. I have re installed the Semester 2 content and did some other thing which was recomended- both these attempts failed.
As well as that, when I open the Advanced Play/Edit, we get a crash notice. I am then asked to send an error report and it does not go through.
When I open Little Reader, I'm asked to Download a new version- I tried to do that and am notified that I am about to recieve the free trial version... I dont need a freee trail version,I already own Little Reader and just want to upgrade it...Help would be appreciated.

Hi Brittany, can you tell me which Little Reader version you have right now -- you'll see the version number in the LR window's title bar or in the Tools > Software Information screen.

About the upgrade for the new version, the upgrade alert is supposed to open your browser directly into your BrillKids Account Management page (it will ask you to sign in if you're not logged in yet). It leads you to the My Purchases > Little Reader Software page, and from there you need to click on the Download button to download the installer for the latest version. It's not going to give you the free trial version, so do go ahead and download the file.

We'd like to know where you found the message that said you're going to get a free trial instead, so if possible, can you please send us a screenshot of this message?

About the error, kindly send us a Diagnostic Report so we can start troubleshooting. You may refer to this article for instructions:

Hi Kezia.
The version I have is 2.0.686

I've attached the screen shot for the email I received about the free trail version, after having tried to Download the new version.
I've also attached the screen shot of the crash details. Details: each time I go into advance play/edit I am notified with a crash.
