Hi Ayesha, so sorry for missing your question
Currently you can only have 1 word slide inside a "word file," with multiple recordings, pictures or videos attached to that word file.
From what you described, I think it would be best if you create a separate word file for each word that you want to show. Something like this:
word file 1 = Arabic word 1
word file 2 = English word 1
word file 3 = grammar notes 1
word file 4 = Arabic word 2
word file 5 = English word 2
word file 6 = grammar notes 2
etc.
You can include words in different languages in the same category, so you should be able to do that just fine. Please see my "lr-01" screenshot - for my test category, each word file shows the word "apple" in different languages.
Since you need the slides to appear in a specific order, I suggest you arrange your word files in the exact order that you need them to appear, then set the "Word Order" playback setting to "According to list" instead of "Random" (see screenshot "lr-02").
