First off, please note that if you've already downloaded your curriculum and activated your license key successfully, you don't have to sign in to your account inside Little Reader in order to use or play the lessons.
To help resolve the sign-in issue, please try these:1. Update your Internet Explorer browser to the latest version. Even if you don't use IE, do note that all web panels inside Little Reader (e.g., Start Guide's "latest news," Tools> Software Information > BrillKids account) are actually run via IE.
**If you already have the latest IE version, try refreshing the cache instead:

4. Open or restart Little Reader and check if you can sign in successfully.
If that does not work for you, you may choose to sign in to your account through your browser instead of signing in inside Little Reader. We recommend Chrome or Firefox.
To activate your license key:1. Connect to the internet and sign in to your BrillKids account (either inside LR or via browser)
2. Highlight and copy your license key as displayed in your account page
3. Open/Restart Little Reader and go to Tools > Software Information, then click on the "Enter License Key" button (in bottom right corner of the screen)
4. Paste the license key you copied in the "Activate your license key" window, then click "Activate"
