Hi Neptune, the web panels inside all BrillKids software utilize the Internet Explorer browser that's installed in your computer (even if it's not your default browser).
Kindly try signing in to your BrillKids Account directly with your IE browser and see if it works. If you can't sign in from your browser too, you may want to update it in case you have an old browser version.
Once you've updated IE, click inside any web panel in your BrillKids software (e.g., Tools > Software Information > BrillKids Account) then press Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard to refresh the web panel manually, or you can right-click inside the web panel and select "Refresh" from the context menu.
Alternatively, you can access your BrillKids Account using another browser like Chrome or Firefox. Please refer to these articles for instructions:

Your firewall or anti-virus might be set to block Little Reader, Little Math and Little Musician from accessing the Internet, so please add the BrillKids software to your firewall or anti-virus "allow" list and see if that helps.
