Can you kindly try re-downloading your free trials? It may be that you were unable to download your software installers completely, and this could cause the problems you are encountering.

- From your Start Menu, go to "All Programs"
- Open the "BrillKids" folder
- Open the "Little Reader" folder (to create a Little Math diagnostic report, go to the "Little Math" folder)
- Find and run the Diagnostic tool. A black window will open, collecting your system information.
- Once the tool has finished a window will open, containing a file named "Little Reader_[DATE].zip" (or "Little Math_[DATE].zip")
**In case this window does not open automatically, you may access the file by going to your "My Documents \ BrillKids \ Tools" folder.
To attach these files, simply click on the "Browse..." button found in the attachment(s) area of your Post Composition page (located just below your post's text box).
