Kindly try re-downloading your license key from your Account Management page (Step 2 in
http://www.brillkids.com/user/#software-systems/little-reader/index)
then double-click on the file to re-activate your LR.
I've checked your record and nothing seems amiss there, so simply re-importing your key may fix the problem.
