In the meantime, can you kindly clarify the following for us:
- Do you only see the squares (or random symbols) in the actual lessons, or do you also see this problem in any other label or button in LR (e.g., Playback and Print buttons, etc.)?
- In your LR Chinese lessons, can you give us some examples of words that show up as squares during playback? Please tell us the specific Course or Category name and the word file name for these particular words (e.g., "Action Words 1 > bk-cn-act-words-stand")
- Please open your My Computer and check your "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BrillKids\Little Reader\Fonts" folder if you can see at least 8 fonts inside
