Hi Natalie!

We checked our email system, and the records show that you have already begun receiving your emailed lesson plans. Kindly check your email inbox or your junkmail (it may have been filtered there).

smile As for your progress diary, kindly check your Account Management Pages. You may access them by using your mouse to hover over the "Account" link on the upper right corner of BrillKids pages, and choosing "Software Systems" in the drop-down menu.

There is a tab in that page called "Progress Diary" which you may use to just keep a small journal of your child's progress.

Thanks for letting us know. We've checked our email records, and found a hiccup in the way the new emails are being recorded - this is getting fixed as I write this, and hopefully all of you who did not get their first Weekly Lesson Plans in time will be getting your first one today. smile

You may access it by going into your Account Management, under Software Systems, in the tab "Progress Diary".

Just stumbled by this thread... I have not heard about weekly lessons plan, are we getting it automatically, or do we need to sign up? Just curious, we are aready pretty far into the semester, but it would be great to get it anyway, so I can even use it for our next baby, may be...
