Is there something I should do to view everything? A setting to be changed, perhaps?

I see in the previews that the files that I downloaded do have Chinese script that should be visible before the picture of item. I get audio that goes with both where the script should be and the picture. But, where there should be something written in Chinese I just see red or blue rectangles. What can I do?

Hi Elloise, kindly make sure that your computer already has the Chinese language support pack installed because if that one's not enabled yet you will likely see boxes instead of the actual Chinese characters in the lessons you've downloaded.
