How to get Tech Support for your Little Reader
1. Reproduce the problem
Try doing the same sequence of actions again in Little Reader and see if the same error happens every time. Take note of any error messages and try to describe what is happening in as much detail as you can. You may also take a screenshot, if applicable. Learn more here.
2. Create a Diagnostic Report
Create a Diagnostic Report by using your Little Reader's Support Tools or Diagnostic tool. This will help us find what's causing the problem. Learn more here.
3. Send us your Diagnostic Report
Attach your Diagnostic Report and screenshot (if any) when you write to us via our Contact Form or when you post here in the Little Reader board and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
