Hi Karli!
Sorry about that - it may be because you are trying to "Add a Download" at an area where downloads are not allowed. The most effective way on how to add a download is to do this:
- Click on the FILE DOWNLOADS link on the top navigation bar of our forum.
- Click on the MY FILES button on the upper right.
- Click on "ADD DOWNLOAD"
This will take you to the ADD A DOWNLOAD process, wherein you have to specify what category or folder you want your download to be placed in.
Kindly fill in all of the forms, and refer to the guidelines posted above.
