Regarding the checkout problem you encountered, we hope that you can take the time to answer these few questions:

• Around what time where you trying to checkout from our Online Store and you were having problems with it? What is your local time?
• What internet browser were you using?
• Would you describe the problem you had as an issue where you saw a "circular javascript" which just continued to rotate without the page loading the appropriate information?

I would suggest that you try going through the checkout again using another browser, if available, and if you get the same problem do let us know (you may even take a screenshot and attach it to your reply).

I am having the same problem. I was trying to buy LR Chinese curriculum,
but once I was trying  to checkout  appeared  "circular javascript" which just continued to rotate and  the page was  loading some affiliate coupon (not the one I intended to use) without loading  appropriate information?

I tried  to use Google Chrome browser, once I applied affiliate coupon code, the price did not change. Is the 10% discount  not valid anymore?

I was trying several times between 12 pm and 6 pm Eastern Time (New York).
