For your reference, we are available for phone-in inquiries from Mondays to Fridays at 10:00am to 5:30pm, UTC+8 hours (Hong Kong Time). At New York time this should be around 10:30pm to 5:30am. Do note that we do not take orders over the phone as it is a support helpline, except in rare cases when checking out online isn't possible.
In any case, if we are not available to take your call, you may simply leave a voice message for us -- please mention your name, contact details (phone number and/or email address) and your question(s) so we can get back to you as soon as we can. We'll check our voice mail inbox too and see if we got any messages from you from the past few days.
