Hi KDAD,
It sounds like there may be a problem with your Internet service - this could be caused by many factors, but generally speaking, you can at least make sure it is not being caused by your hardware by checking to make sure all of your equipment is connected and working properly, and then restarting your computer. Once you have done this, you can clear your Internet browser cache and try downloading again.
Unfortunately it's a little hard to pinpoint what the problem is, so I hope that helps!
