I can't activate my accoutn with the licencse

Hi every body,
Please help me ,now i have a problem with my license . (sorry for my poor english)

I asked my friend bought the license of the Little Reader Basic because i didn't have the credit card (i'm from vietnam). Then she sent me the licensekey. First I created a account on brillikids and downloaded the  Little Reader software. After that, I filled the license key on software to activate it.It's work. Then i went to Curriculum & License Key and added my license key to download the course but I only see "Sorry, the license key you keyed in is invalid. Please try again."

I don't understand what's happen? Why i can active the software but I can't download the course? Did I do the any mistake when activate the software?

Any body help me?

Hi phuocsonhh,

Welcome to BrillKids!  Now let's see if I can help you out. The only thing that comes to my mind is that in your account your license key is already activated and you just need to import the curriculum. 
I pulled a link from the BrillKid help page that might be useful.

I did step by step as the guideline from your link but I didn't see the curriculum  (please see in my attached file)
I also submited an email to the support team but they have not reply yet.(Perhaps they don't work on weekend and I will wait until next Monday)

If your liscence key was successfully imputed you should be able to download the curriculum. If it was successful then it won't be because you typed the key in wrong.
You can try logging into your account from brillkids forum and see if it recognizes that you have even made the purchase. Your listence keys are listed under your purchases look under your profile picture under you account management.
Tech support are very good and they will be able to fix it, you just need to be patient. How frustrating knowing you could start if it was working! Grrr

I logged into my  account from brillkids forum and went to my account management but i didn't see any licence key in the purchase.

My friend  joined the commission program on brilikids , bought some license keys for a group at vietnam and I bought one from her. She only sent me a license with a guide: " dowload the LR from brilikid and activate it" That was all. I wonder if there are any special steps or information to activate the  purchase for the one who bought the license from the commission program like me?

Anyway, i'm waiting for the support from support team of brillikid
