how to using LR teach my children with mother tongue?

Hi,

I had check the voice recorder inside LR, but only can save MP3 format. How to transfer MP3 to the format that LR/LM can use?

It uses mp3. You shouldn't have to do anything if you are recording directly into LR.

Just to add to nhockaday's reply, in case you want to use other recording (or audio editing) software, all BrillKids software support .mp3, .wav, and .wma audio file types.
