I would like to ask about The Easy Voice Recorder. I find it easy and effective to use it, especially because it is a part of LR. But is there an option to save only a selection of the sound file? I was used to using a diferent sound editor where I record all words into one sound file and then I save each word separately as "Save selection as". This way seems faster and I can easily save only "a sound of word" without any silence before and after the word. Does LR Easy Voice Recorder give me that option? I could not find it..... Please advise.

As discussed in PM, your issues do not seem normal. If anyone else has a problem with drag and drop, please let me know exactly what the problem is, and please be specific, like when dragging what to where, what happens exactly.
I also noticed that the screen that comes up before LR says username instead of the actual username.
Yes, this has been fixed already in the upcoming release.
When it comes to the Easy Voice Recorder, I find it's easy to cut out extraneous dead space using the editing features in it (select+Delete).
Also, the noise cancellation feature is awesome - it cuts out all the static-like or buzzing background noise that often comes up in a recording.
It automatically gets added to the word file, so I'm liking it.
