Media Library, Unknown Files

What are these folders on the Media Library? Are these useful or just like cookies?
Can I delete all these or will it affect the program? 'coz it takes up huge memory on my computer (35GB) & it contains almost the same files on each folder.

Little Reader definitely should not be creating folders within the Media Library like that, and definitely not anything of that size or with such names.  try moving a couple of them into your recycling bin and see if Little Reader functions properly (play back a few categories, etc).

What is in the folders?  Are there files, and if so, what kinds of files are they?  I think you should be able to delete them, but just to be on the safe side we'll take things slow

We're looking into this curious problem.  We've never seen this happen before and would like to figure out how it happened.

The folders you see are temporary folders that are created during importing of Word Library files. Usually, they get removed, but for some reason that's not happening, apparently.

Do you ever experience any problems importing? Any error messages, etc?

Also, would you mind giving us a System Report which will tell us about your system and any errors LR might have experienced?  Under the Help menu, please choose "Report Bug" and create a System Report. A window will pop-up with your report (named something like Error-Report-....zip).  Please attach that here.

Lastly, under the File menu, can you choose to "Purge unused Media Files" to see if that would remove those folders?
