Incidentally we have just fixed the contact form problem you mentioned. Please try clicking on any area in the form (except the send button) and press CTRL + F5, or right-click on the form and choose "Refresh," and you should be able to send a message from that form successfully.
In the meantime, kindly try the following for your sound playback problem:
1. Upgrade Little Reader (if you are currently using an old version)
You do not need to uninstall your LR before proceeding with the upgrade. Simply download the installer for the latest version of Little Reader and open it, and the installer will automatically upgrade your LR. You may find detailed instructions here:
