Yes, that's a shortcoming of the current system that we have partially addressed in the coming v1.5 version, and will be addressing fully in v2.
Right now you can only add a title page as you would a normal word slide, which means that it would be weird if you play it back on random.
In v1.5 (just a few days more!), you can get around this by using playlists, and having a Category which contains all the titles of the other Categories. You would create a playlist with the title (from the Title Category), followed by the Category you want to play. In the Category settings, you would set it to 'random'. The playlist will then first play your title, then the Category in a random order (following your Category's order setting).
Not the most elegant of ways, but gets the job done until v2.
