I've just started using LR Home Basic. Tonight, I created a playlist of variously categories to play for my son this week. This way I'm not sorting through the list to select just the right one....I can just play them all one after another. I was please to see that LR could do this.
I prefer to have the sort order on Random to avoid sequence memorization. When I do this with multiple Categories in a playlist, LR randomizes all the words together. This means my music is intermingled with my animals etc.
Might you consider adding an option to Randomize within categories. This way, all my music is shown together in a random order, same with the animals, couplets etc....but they're all within one playlist.
Did that make sense? I'm sure this is a bit complicated, but I appreciate your consideration.
