help! having problems downloading from LR library

hello, a few weeks back  I try to download some files from LR library,  Swedish action words 3.cat

but i receive an error window that said
one or more items being imported does not have the required license and will therefore not appear
 in your little reader.

today i receive a personal mail from  a member that is having the same problem withs some of the files I have upload to the library
ex; nature1 spversion, hand action1 spversion
is anyone else having this problem???
can anyone help us fix this??

I think this files are from semester 2 , the ones i try to download  from IrisGransted the swedish files I believe are also from sementer 2 also.

Hi Evad3,

Thanks for telling us about this problem! We checked the files you mentioned (from your uploaded files) and we've just fixed the bug.

We'll try to go through the other files at the library and fix those that have the same bug in them too, although this may take a while to complete. In the meantime, please feel free to write to us whenever you encounter such files.

As far as your currently shared files are concerned, you may rest assured that they are now bug-free! You may ask your friend to try re-downloading and reimporting the file and it will import correctly this time.

Hi!

I'm having same problems with following three files:
Swedish Transport 1
Swedish - wild animals 1
Swedish - wild animals 2

Rest of the swedish files were imported ok.

Hello Kristiina!

The reason why you are having issues importing the three files is because the user who created the files used licensed Media-locked BrillKids pictures and videos in the category she created.

Unfortunately, BrillKids media are not meant to be exported and used as different categories; one can only use the categories created from BrillKids media if the user who will import them has the same type of license key which will unlock this.

In this case, IrisGranstedt used media from her English UK curriculum to make these Swedish categories. Because you do not have an English UK curriculum key, you are therefore unable to import them.

I've gone ahead and removed the tag locks for the Swedish files, so please try to re-download and import them now.

Thank you Lappy for your quick response. Unfortunately I still get the same license message when importing these three files. Also they are now marked 200 (paid) in the library. They used to be marked 0 paid there before this.
