Congratulations on buying a new notebook!
Here's how to backup your library files:
Export all of your Categories as one category. (You can do this by selecting all the categories during the exporting process, and it will effectively export everything into just one big file.)
Export all of your Playlists as one Playlist. (Do the same as above.)
Move your files from your old computer to the new one using a USB drive or an external HD.
Make sure to install Little Reader HOME BASIC on your new laptop.
Import all of your library files.
And that's it!
The only thing that won't be backed up using this process is the folder system, since it's not exportable.
You will have to manually re-organize your library into their respective folders once you move the files and import them into your new laptop.
