I Have A PRoblem!

Hi EveryOne

i have couple of problems:
1.  im trying to download a new file for the French Leasons..everytime i start to do it, it shows its downloading so i leave it alone i come back and i got nothing!! matter of fact all of the french files.

2.  i started to down load the 2nd semester and when its done saved into my files i go to import them   it says invalied files!!!!!

3.  i down loaded all of the 1st semester it went smooth its in my libary but i dont have the icon on the top of the page. how you guys have it on the display page!!!!

4.  how do i up graed my version

5.  i would also like to get the math how do i do that!

Hi gharam!

1.  Please check your Internet connection - if the connection is slow or unstable, files may not completely download, causing files to not show up, corrupt, or show errors when trying to import, such as the "invalid files" error you are encountering in point 2.

2.  If you are unable to download the full file, you may also try to download the curriculum as smaller parts.

3.  Which icon are you talking about, on the top of which page?  Please clarify for us.

4.  To upgrade your version of Little Reader, simply visit your Account Management page and download the latest installer at http://www.brillkids.com/user/#software-systems/software-download

Have you tried installing the latest build 1.5.255? Please make sure because many problems from earlier builds were resolved with this build.

thanks for answering my questions 
my husband did everything u asked us to do, he did it but still no luck with semester 2
also after the new download everytime we sit do work on BK after to slide show it stops and we get this message saying:
"this program stopped working correctly, windows have to shut down"
so if you could help us we will be greatful to you, my husband asks if u could log into our PC and check or if you don't mind him calling u so u guys can solve the problem

HI Gharam,

First, can you tell me how you're trying to import Semester 2? Have you tried downloading it as 1 file (the .lrp file), and in parts (.lrc file + .cat files)?

All you need to do is to download them and OPEN/RUN them. You do not need to manually import them.
Can you tell me exactly what you are doing, and what is happening exactly?

Next, can you please create a Diagnostic Report:
- from Windows START menu
-> All Programs
-> BrillKids (folder)
-> Little Reader (folder)
-> find "Diagnostic" item. 

It will generate a file called "Little_Reader_2009_...zip" in your C:\...\My Documents\BrillKids\Tools folder.  Please send that to us.
