To get your BrillKids learning system up and running, there are only three steps to follow:
STEP 1: Download + Install the Software.
STEP 2: Download + Install the License Key.
STEP 3: Download your curriculum content (available only for course subscribers,
notfor trial users.)
These steps may be accessed by signing in to your forum account and going to this page:
http://www.brillkids.com/user/#software-systems/software-downloadOnce finished with each step, you will only need to click on the NEXT buttons.
Can you kindly tell us which step you are unable to complete? Is it downloading and installing the software? Please provide us with additional information so we can provide you with a more detailed solution to fix your error.
- What internet connection type are you using? (Dial-up, LAN, ethernet, DSL)
- Are you getting an error message? If yes, what does it say?
- Are you able to completely download the software?
