There are 2 scenarios which you may encounter with the new Little Reader flash lessons (Word flash, picture flash, and pattern phonics).
You may find that the pronunciations cut off at the end.
Or you may want to make it even faster.
Both of these issues will depend on how fast your computer is, in particular your CPU, Ram, and audio processing system (usually on your motherboard).
Slower computers will find it hard to play back audio consecutively without any 'breathing space' in between. If that is the case, you will need to adjust your
Auto-Forward delay setting.
You will find this setting on your Play panel at the bottom of your Playback screen, to the left. If you click on the cogwheel, you will see the settings, and the slider where you can adjust the amount of delay between slides.
By default, this delay is set to 0.2 seconds. If you hear audio getting cut off, then move this back to 0.4, and so on. (Of course, best thing would be the get a faster computer...

)
On the contrary, if your system is fast enough to handle it, then move it to 0 seconds if you want it to flash faster.
Also, for non-BrillKids files, there may be too much of a gap before/after the voice is played in the file. In that case, you may use set the delay to -0.2, so the next file starts before the first one even finishes.
