iPad little reader - no videos??

Hi, I'm new to LIttle Reader.  When I use the iAccess version with my iPad for semester 1 Little Reader, I dont get any video examples for the multisensory parts of the lessons.  I do get them when I use Little Reader on my pc for semester 1, and I do get video examples for multisensory for semester 2 Little Reader.  Is this what everyone else is getting?

I think you wrote to our Support Helpdesk too. In case you didn't get the reply we sent you, please see below:

Videos are included in words from some categories on both Little Reader and Little Reader Touch:

1. Action Words, Hand Actions / Motions - includes 1 real (live person) video and 2 cartoon animated videos for each word
2. Parts of the Body - includes 2 cartoon animated videos for each word
3. Common Animals, Wild Animals, Reptiles, Creepy Crawlies, Flying Insects and Transportation - includes 1 real video and 1 cartoon animated video for each word

Our app supports all iPads, iPhones and iPods that have at least iOS 4. Video slide playback is not supported on iPhone 3g and 3rd generation iPod touch.

Can you please tell us a few details about your device so we can troubleshoot?

- Which device are you using?
- Which iOS version is installed in your device?
- Which version of Little Reader Touch do you have? To check, open the app and go to Settings > About > Version.
- Which "Day" or "Category" lessons were you playing?
