Just downloaded LR and need help

HI,

I have just downloaded LR (6 months) and was wondering how exactly I should show the course sessions.  For example Day 1 has 2 different session each containing 3 different components (A,B, C).  Do I simply show Session 1 A, B and C straight after each other in the morning and then Session 2 A, B and C straight after each other in the afternoon?

I also received an email to say that I should show recommended lessons (family, everyday phrases, ABC, The ABC song- where do I get these from?  Do I download them from the library?  Do I show each of these recommended lessons on a different day?

The curriculum is designed to be shown twice daily.  Do all 3 parts of session 1 first, then later in the day do all 3 parts of session 2.  Here is where to find the info about the curriculum.

You can find the Family, Everyday Phrases, ABC, and The ABC Song in the Little Reader Library.  It sounds like alot to do all these additional lessons at once, but all children are different.  I'm not the best person to give advice about your teaching schedule because I've only been doing it myself for 4 months.  I'm still finding my own routine.

Yep, what Akalori said - thanks, Lori!

For the ABC, Family etc Categories, you will find them if you click on Categories on the Playback screen, which will show you all the Categories in your library.  Those Categories you mentioned are installed by default.

Just play them whenever you like, when your child has a good interest level.  Take the time to personalize the family Category first though, of course.
