Sorry to hear about that! I think we haven't received any support email from you just yet, so in the meantime please try adding your Little Reader license key to your BrillKids Account by following the instructions in this article:
http://support.brillkids.com/entries/21333619-How-to-add-a-BrillKids-software-license-key-to-your-BrillKids-AccountOnce you've added the key to your BrillKids Account, do try activating your software again and it should go through then.
If you bought Little Math, Little Musician or any of the Little Reader language curricula too, you may follow the same suggestion above in case you are getting the same error for those license keys.
