Hi Jeff, it looks like there was a problem when you were importing your content files, and this is why you are missing some audio files.
To fix problem #2, please try re-importing your Curriculum content and see if it helps (this might also help fix problem #1). If you purchased a boxed set, you may refer to this article for instructions on how to import content from your CDs:

Another suggestion for problem #1 is to try updating your Adobe Flash Player plugin (especially the plugin for Internet Explorer). You may download the plugin update from the Adobe website, or alternatively you may try the following:
- Open Little Reader and go to the Support screen
- Click on Support Tools and launch the Support Tools window
- In the Support Tools window, go to Install Adobe Flash and then click on the button "Install Adobe Flash Plugin"
- Once the update process is done, check your lessons again and see if the animation videos now play correctly
