Hi all! After a long hiatus I am back and I have finally purchased the Little Reader Deluxe kit! I am trying to connect my LR program to my BrillKids account (the program is asking me to do this) and when I enter my email address and password it says that there is no such account but I obviously have the etails right as I can sign in here! Any suggestions?

Oh my! Sorry to hear about the trouble you had, but I'm very pleased to know it was solved! smile I wonder perhaps maybe the caps lock was on by accident, or if there was an extra space somewhere in the password field (sometimes these small things can mean a great deal of frustration when unchecked!)

Either way, we're glad to know all is well. happy Do let us know in case there's anything we can do for you.
