I’ve just downloaded 2 LR files with video ie. Basic Words Game (http://forum.brillkids.com/downloads/?sa=view;id=5114) and Kids Action Game (http://forum.brillkids.com/downloads/?sa=view;id=5113).  However, I get a blank screen with sound when the video is supposed to play.  I thought I read about a thread on this before but I can’t seem to find the thread. Can someone help?  BTW I do not have this problem with other LR files with video that I’ve downloaded. Thank you in advance.

Try installing a codec pack. Here is what BK recommends http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_lite_codec_pack.htm

I’ve installed codec pack mentioned by nhockaday but I wasn’t sure what I was doing as there were so many options/file types.  I just went with whatever that were checked and got the video running.  Thanks.
