Importing the second semester content into LR

Has anyone received the error message "unable to import content file"? I am trying to get the semester 2 material into my beta upgrade of LR and it won't let me. I've opened support requests, sent diagnostic tool reports, and over a week later I have had ZERO response from  tech support (yes, I checked my spam folder). Any suggestions? My daughter and i are bored silly repeating old material.

Sorry about that! From the error/diagnostic tool reports we've received from the last 2 weeks, it seems that we didn't receive anything from you. Can you kindly confirm if you wrote in your BrillKids user name or your email address when you sent in your reports last time -- because if we can't verify who the report is from, we have no way of writing back.
Anyway, thank you for posting here at the Forum!

From your message, you mentioned that you are currently using a Little Reader Beta upgrade (can you tell me which version you have?) In the meantime, please try installing the latest version of LR 2.0, which is already out of the Beta testing phase -- v 2.0.681. After upgrading your LR, you may try importing your Semester 2 file again and see if it finally goes through.

Thank you for your reply. The version that I have is 2.0625. I will do as you suggested and get back to you here. Yes, I put my email address on every ticket that I opened. I entered my real name. I don't recall a place to enter a user name.

Trying to download the latest version of LR. I see now that is my problem. I have the beta 2.0.625 and I see that you need to have 2.0.650 in order to import the files. When I click on the "Click here to download Little Reader" in the tools....software info area, nothing happens. I tried clicking on the "Check course update" in the window above and still nothing happens. Is there another place on the website to download this file?

Found another link to download the software. It's all working now. Thank you. And I hope this helps someone else who might be having the same problem.

Thanks for that -- we're fixing the Tools > Software Information page you mentioned right now. Kindly note that you don't need to download or install LR again later to see the changes for that page -- simply try clicking on that area (where you have the download buttons and link for your software, content, and key) and press your F5 key.
