LR says I am using trial version...

Hey,

LR says I am using trial version. I re entered my activation code and it says it is already in use. Does that mean I am not using the trial version.

Might be worth noting that I did once download a trial version but then could not get it to work so never used it, then later got the LR discs etc and installed them.

Hi Jemi,

I checked your record in our database and it shows you already have one activation for each of your programs (LR, LMh which is Little Math, and LMs which is Little Musician).

On the very top of Little Reader (the title bar), can you please tell me what it says? If it says (Activated) that means you won't need to key in the license key anymore. It means your software is already activated.

If by "Trial Version" you mean that you are only able to play a certain number of days, then it may be that you have not imported your Curriculum Content. Can you please confirm if you were already able to do this? If not, please pop in the Content CDs in the kit given to you.

Please also give us a screenshot of your Little Reader so we can have a better description of what's going on. I look forward to hearing from you!

I did the CDs for all of them but still saying trial version etc. Will attach screen shots in a bit. Ta

this is the shot for LR. So i guess when I put in all the content disks originally nothing happened.
I have tried to download the content for LMath and LR instead but get an error message saying request cannot be completed or something.... 

little musician is fine (but that is a download anyway)

Hi - any help you can give me with this would be appreciated.
I am currently downloading the Little Reader content yet again but still expect that next time or later down the line it will have vanished and I will only be able to see the trial version of a few days.

Can you ( or have you yet?) see the complete curriculum in your little reader program? Have you successfully imported it at all? can you see any days beyond day 20?
If it is there then there is no reason to think it will vanish. if you keep having problems send a tech support request they are super efficient at problem solving

Thanks. I've imported it a couple of times... I see the full curriculum for both semesters but a few days later its gone. Mildly frustrating. Will see how it goes this time though I've only been able to download semester 1 . Cheers
