Mac, Linux, 64-bit Windows users - Please raise your hands!

I am using Bootcamp on MAC, thus Windows XP SP2. LM works great, so did LR, till something happened a few weeks ago, and we still trying to work on resolving it ( Thank you Shuki for working on it!).

From what I know, when you are using Bootcamp on Mac, Windows works as a native platform, so there should not be any problems with that. It worked great for me with all different programs which I could not use in Mac.

It will be nice though to have the possibility to use Little Learner in MAc, however with an option of Bootcamp, it is not really a priority, I think

I've installed Windows and LR/LM just fine with QEMU under Ubuntu. This will work with Mac and Linux too. Started a thread http://forum.brillkids.com/little-reader/little-readerlittle-math-in-linux-solution/

I didn't realize that it didn't work with macs and I downloaded a free trial and can't use it.

For Linux they run a virtual machine which allows them to run any windows program. I am not sure if this is available for Mac. Maybe you should look into the virtual machines and educate your users on how to use them. It is free for Linux.

To bad there isn't a program that we can run a little reader slide show on a iphone or smartphone. I would use that so much.

yes an app for nokia 5800 An app for a smart phone that simply plays cat files would be nice. Just a player.

I'm seconding patreiche here, a super simple iPhone app. that offers a player for .cat files and/or playlists would be really cool.

I wouldn't expect any authoring on the iPhone, just playback, so you can take your sessions on the go with you!!

It could do basic sizing for the small iPhone screen, so that each word and media file displays clearly and legibly (in the case of words).

It's so frustrating to have go out and buy a new computer to run this program (my Mac is a few years old so I can't run parallels or anything).   

I'm assuming it must cost a ton of money to make LR Mac compatible because otherwise I'm sure they would do it.   The money thing I understand. It just stinks to know LR is there but we can't use it.

I'm thinking of getting a little 9" Dell or Acer computer.  They are about $349.  It's a big chunk of money.

I am Mac user as well!!!
I love my Mac...but of course the world is not so kind to Mac users 

I can't open any ppt flash cards on this web site, nor be able to use LR/LM.
As for the free down load materials, I wish you can some how put them on the site so that we don't have to download them.
(like using password to access and stuff...)

Hope to see improvement soon.
Or I might have to get PC...but I don't have money right now

Another Mac user here - and would definitely buy a MAc version, I hate running in parallel and having to switch all the time!
