If you are using Little Reader v2, the stories start in Day 201 of Semester 2, and yes, Smiles will be shown first. The stories will be shown for 3 days each at the start, then reviewed for 2 days each, and then finally each story will appear for one day towards the end of Sem 2.
As for the story sequence in v2:
1. Smiles
2. Yellow Sun, Blue Sky
3. Here Is My Head
4. What I Do
5. Sally's Room
6. What Animals Can Do
7. These Are The Parts Of My Body
8. I Like the Way
9. Friends
10. The Friendly Crocodile
If you bought the Deluxe kit you'll notice that only 10 stories appear in the Little Reader curriculum but there are 25 storybooks in the kit. If you'd like to incorporate all 25 stories in the curriculum, you may consider updating to the new v3 software and the new curriculum.
