Name of the category played at the beginning of the category

I am not sure if this request is not too late. 
I realized that it would be great if Little Reader enables to play at the begining of any category a name of the category.
Now I do not know exactly how to do it if I want to play the name of the category always first and then random order of other pictures. This would be beneficial especially with RECORD function (that I hope will be in the last version of Little Reader).
It would be great if it has option to check "to play first word always first".
But may be there is a way how to do it with current Little Reader. Do you have any suggestion? Help me please? Thank you.

I know exactly what you're talking about and this is also one of the planned and upcoming features, along with many other planned and upcoming features (you should see the list, you'll be shocked!)

Unfortunately, this won't make it into v1 of the commercial product, but you should be able to start using it as a v2 beta tester shortly after that.
