HElp !! smile

I just redeemed my coupon for LR home basic, went through the shipping address and everything and then when it was processing IE stopped responding and restarted Sad

So I didn't get LR and I spent 10,000 points on the coupon...what should I do now? Can I use the same coupon again without losing more points?

Sorry, forgot! We just checked - your coupon is still valid! Please try it again!

btw, trying to use a coupon will never affect your points.  The only result is whether the coupon will work (valid) or not work (invalid).

You already spent your points when you PURCHASED the coupon, and that's the only time your points get deducted.
