Hi,

I'm setting up a series of playlists for each day and I'd like to be able to copy a playlist (this is so I can retire and add words easily).  Is there a simple copy function I'm missing?

I have tried to export one playlist and then re-import it whilst renaming the file, but the renamed file does not show up on my playlists tab! Help!

Hi km276,

When re-importing, remember to UNCHECK "Automatically resolve naming conflicts", then:

- Click 'Show Advanced Options'
- Under 'Course/Playlist/Category name conflict', select 'Rename'

That should do the trick.  Let us know if you have any further troubles!

Thanks for your prompt reply.

I've tried that.  The file contains arabic characters (both text and file names)- I wonder if that's the problem?

In the text it should be no problem - in the filenames however, we do recommend that users stick with standard alphanumeric (no symbols other than underscores, A to Z, 1 to 9) filenames.

Hope that helps, do let us know if you continue to experience difficulties.
