I like to keep my categories organized in folders. I also like to show my son a set of 5 selected category files each day. He will sometimes sit through all 5 at once or other times we need to break it up or he wants to see particular files again (and again). Therefore, I don't want to make a Playlist of all the category files combined. Also, searching through all the Category Folders and then files to select the ones I want is time consuming and my toddler will not tolerate it.
So, I loved that it was so quick to make a playlist from a category in the previous version of LR. (one click if I remember).
I use the playlist section as the short list of files I want to show for the week. It's cleaner and easier for me to manage. I could just move the category files to a temporary folder for "this week" however, then I'm moving things around all the time.
While I realize it sounds like a silly request, I would love it if in the next version you could put back the button to quickly make a category a playlist.

PS: I'm making my way through all the changes and they look terrific. Wow! What a lot of hard work you put into everything. Can't wait to use it with my little man.
