Missing words

Just wondering. I'm noticing on our Little Reader that on the Lesson Content it will list the words yet not all of the words are being flashed.
For example for our lesson 14 we have words like :
blocks
bricks
balloon
sheep
hamster
rabbit
black
pink
orange.. and so on.
The word balloon isn't in there, as well jigsaw and bubble. Yet its listed on the reader content.

Also I thought we could print out flashcards for all of the words, yet not all of the words are listed to print out.

Are you using the US or UK Curriculum? What specific items can you not print out?

Can you kindly try downloading the latest curriculum from your Account Management page, re-importing the content and see if the problem still persists.

Please also note that the 'Word Flash' part for each lesson only selects around 9 words from a range of words that will shown for that day.

i.e. If you look at Day 14. 'Multisensory Session 1 & 2' you will see all the words shown for that day. 'Word Flash session 1' will show a proportion of those words (9) and 'Word Flash Session 2' will show another proportion (9). In doing this, some words will get flashed for both sessions, some will be left out (but repeated on other days). This is not a fault but our curriculum design, as I've mentioned, different words will be repeated at different times.

No, that wouldn't be the issue. We see the words bubble, balloon, and jigsaw on the Lesson Content since lesson 10 and we are on lesson15 and these words have never been flashed once.

we have the US version.

Okay I did that and it hasn't changed.

I'll try my best to explain.
For instance it will say:
Lesson Content for  Word Flash

book
jigsaw
bubble
goat
lizard
rat
white
purple
brown

It will flash book, goat , lizard, rat , white , purple and brown.
But never jigsaw or bubble.
Balloon is included in one of them and this word is never flashed either.
These words were listed on the Lesson content since Lesson 10 and they have NEVER of been flashed. Not in any of the random flashes. Its like they get skipped or something.  These words are also not on the list to print out either.

I went ahead and looked at the other lessons and for example in lesson 26 the word coat , slippers clothes, ,skirt socks, shoes,  are not flashed at all. Nor are they listed to be printed out either.

I'm not sure why the words are on there if they aren't being used.

Hi Kezia,
Could you share that info with the rest of us.  I am having the exact same problem with mine where words like Jigsaw and Bubble are not showing up in the lesson.

Bascially its a bug in the software. Also could be that you don't have the 2.0 updated as well. It could be one or the other or a combo.
You need to send a diagnostic report to Brillkids and they can look at it.
Our problem was a bug in the software.

Hi Jen,

Yep, just to add to Tracy's suggestion, you may also want to try re-downloading your Semester 1 content files and import that into LR (latest version).

If you are still having problems after doing that, do send us a Diagnostic Report so we can investigate further (in case your problem may be a slightly different issue).

I have been experiencing a similar problem for the last 2 months..it is being really frustrating!
Every time we are watching the course #2 from the curriculum my computer freezes up in the middle of the lesson. There is now ways I can get it  back to work, I have to restart the computer to recover it...and once I do it, and I do the lesson again it keeps freezing up. I am very behind in the curriculum for this issue.
