All of mine are there... I have one idea which can cause it but I am not sure... I think we downloaded program in zip version. Before you install it you have to unpack it. I gues it enables you to double click on zip file and actually see the installation file and actually will let you install it but I think it can cause this kind of troubles. How did you install it??? But again, I am not sure if this is the issue...

That's very strange.
There are only 2 places media files used in your Little Reader can be:
1. In the C:\... \My Documents\BrillKids\Little Reader\Media Library\ - There you will find the original files that came with the installation, and also those which came from IMPORTED Downloads.
2. Other places on your hard drive - This is only when you have edited/created your own word sets and used your own pictures which you specify from other locations on your hard drive. Those pictures will stay there and will not be copied into the Media Library. Even if you export those word files, they would be packed into a .cat file etc. and placed in the Import-Export folder (or wherever you specified in the Export settings).
I just did a test import and the new media files went straight into my Media Library.
If you can view the media in your Word Library screen, then you know that the files are somewhere in your computer. And you also know the name of the file from the display at the bottom of the Word Library screen. Can you please take this name and do a search on your computer and see where they are?

I did not know the default folder for them before so I found them because I asked computer to searc. I gave the computer one name of the pictures from the Little Reader that I downloaded and asked computer to search in your disk drives. Try to do the same to find it.... They are somewhere there....

OK I found them Is there any way to change their location though?? They are on my C and I want them to be downloaded on my E.... Do I have to do it manually (copy and paste after every download)? Or would that disrupt the playback because they won't find the media?

Yes, if you move the files from your Media Library folder to somewhere else, Little Reader will be unable to display them because it won't be able to find them anymore, and it doesn't know where to look.
We placed all imported files into Media Library and had this placed in My Docs because we felt this was probably the most accessible place for most people (especially computer newbies). Perhaps we can add a function in later builds that allows you to specify where you want your Media Library to be placed.

Yes that would be great !! like the import export settings My issue is that I sometimes travel home without my laptop because there is a computer there already so I only take my external hard drive...so that would be a problem
