Personally I would continue from where you are at but try to sneak in the phonics lessons from before that. But I say that knowing my son wouldn't be interested in seeing the same words again. If you think your children will happily watch the words again then start all over. That way you get an extra 76 days use out of the curriculum
You could also alternate between 77 and 1, 78 and 2, 79 and 3 until you have it all covered. This could be good for a morning and afternoon session.
Or perhaps consider doing both. Start LR again from lesson 1 and continue LR on the iPad from where you are up to. IPad LR is easy to slot into a bedtime routine.
It's really the phonics and sight words files that are different but not so different that you can't just continue on without missing much.
