Hi, Sunshinebaby:
Thank you for coming to our open house. I tried to reply your question many times, and hopefully this time will work.
Most of the parents talk to us verbally, but here is a written one we got from one of the parents.

Dear Wennie,
We're so happy that TweedleWink is now in Malaysia. My son Wei Han just had his first lesson last Saturday, and although he was a little cranky during the class (he was recovering from tonsillitis), he was paying much more attention than when he was attending xxxxx classes. I also find the weekly TweedleWink Play Page extremely helpful and have made additional materials to ground his learning on the topics covered. Wei Han loves going through the materials very much, he actually points to the folder in which I keep them every morning as soon as he gets up so that we can go through them together.
We are extremely passionate about early childhood education and development, and have been a strong advocate of learning through play and fun, and that children should be allowed to develop at their own pace. TweedleWink’s philosophy of "relationships before results" is what attracted us the most, which made it such an easy choice for us to choose between sending Wei Han to TweedleWink and Shichida.

The reason we don't offer trial class is that every child will go through the normalization process. There is not much justification for trialing out one class. Perhaps in the future we can have monthly try out classes.
I also think one of the valuable part about Tweedlewink besides its EQ and IQ building is the parenting. We have realized that there is a huge need in this area. We will be focusing on parenting sessions starting this month, and hopefully we can make a huge impact in many children's life.
Regards,
Wennie
