It's excellent! I researched many reading program when my daughter was a baby and BrillKids is by far the best one that I found & yes, this includes the research based specific at 21 programs.
My dd didn't to seem to learn as quickly with the commuter screen so we printed off most of our cards & fast flashed them.
My daughter was reading words by 15 months & by 3.5 years she was reading simple commercial print stories. Now in grade one ages still ahead of her typical peers in reading. It helps her in all subjects as she is able to read directions in math, science, or any other subjects.
