This is a great dvd. Other Montessori dvds seem dry, boring and slow moving, but this is great. It has 4 hours of programs, in 8 sections. It is a teaching dvd, to instruct 1-5 year-olds in how to do things. Sounds boring, but there are catchy songs for each activity. There are montessori school exercises in there, some gymnastics, yoga, how to dress yourself, make some meals eg. peanut butter sandwich, muffins, fruit salad, french toast, care for various pets, brushing hair and teeth, doing art, washing dishes, setting table, sign language, cleaning up, tongue twisters, wrapping presents, peeling eggs... a big variety of skills are taught in an entertaining way.
