For older children since it's first level depends on reading sentences....nevertheless I think babies on this forum are a little smarter than the rest and shoul get to that level soon
All about homophones
http://www.all-about-homophones.com/A light eBook that helps in teaching children all about homophones. There's a digital version and a physical one according to your preference. The book is basically a compilation of tools to learn homophones.
Homophones are words that are spelled differently but sound the same like bear and bare.
It includes: different designs for graphic organizers for the children to manage their new vocabulary of homophone and homophone worksheets for grades 1 to 8 with fun facts and riddles that are age relevant. Both of these also include ideas for how to integrate into lesson plans or real life and how to personalize the lessons as well.
There are also crossword puzzles that correspond directly to the worksheets; thus can be used to reinforce them, as well as card games, like the old maid and go fish (where you construct your own cards but the images and how to play are given in the book). Included are lots of tongue twisters and teaching tools, a big vocabulary list and very convienient answer keys and lists of homophones presented that make life so much easier for the educator!
