My 6 year old has been wanting to learn the guitar for quite a while now and I'm afraid I have been very slack and apart from buying him a guitar haven't actually done anything else.  He has started on the piano, 10 mins per day, and is pretty much independently working his way through a beginner book.  I would like suggestions for something such as an app or even youtube videos that would help him do a similar thing with the guitar and be able to work through basic lessons independently.  Any suggestions?

my boy enjoys learning guitar at rockatar.com.I’m a good guitarist but my boy never wants to learn from me.  I always wanted him to learn to play the guitar.recently i came cross this web site https://www.rockatar.com  . since the day my boy started referring to this site he dramatically improved his musicality.   I never thought he could come this far. soon i will post the video of my boy playing.
