Has anyone tried CrayonPhysics? It's a great game and you learn physics. It is a 2D physics puzzle / sandbox game, in which you get to experience what it would be like if your drawings would be magically transformed into real physical objects. Solve puzzles with your artistic vision and creative use of physics.
This is for older kids and adults. My husband is so addicted that he wants to buy a tablet PC, all because of a game!

Dear Joan, This sounds so cool! Is this the game you are referring to: http://www.crayonphysics.com/And is it easy for physics challenged people such as myself? One of my husband's son's is majoring in physics and I will pass this resource on to him. Thanks. Ayesha

I could see my whole household playing that game! It's something I'd actually want to play. Has anyone bought this game? I'm considering purchasing it myself, now...

Yes that's the one. I meant to paste the link but forgot about it. Everyone except the littlest member in my house is playing it.

Here's a free flash-based clone of Crayon Physics http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/433935Click on "PLAY THIS GAME" to play it in the same window, or click the little words "Pop-Up" to make it play in a mini browser window! Shuki

Thanks for telling us about Crayon Physics. We tried the trial version and it was great. My boys like it, too.

The boys and I played it on a normal computer, using our mouse.

KL, you and my husband do think alike! Maybe you can convince him to spend more time teaching the kids and the benefits of early education!

Well, if he had the tablet, then perhaps he'd be very motivated!
