Touch Math Review!
Wesley and I have had the chance to work with TouchMath once again. This time instead of using there software that we reviewed last month, we were using there NEW Kindergarten Digital Kit. Because Wesley had already completed another kindergarten math program(which I wasn't thrilled with), the people at TouchMath and I decided that perhaps their Advanced Kindergarten Kit 4 would be a great place for Wesley to start.
At the touch of my finger I'm able to print out the following

All this for a child at the end of kindergarten! I have to say this thrills me because I believe young children if taught in a fun way can learn more complicated math concepts then we usually teach in school. The problem is most of the time more advance topics are written for older children and are not attractive to a younger child. However with TouchMath, the worksheets are child friendly with fun characters including Uno Bear! Another thing I'm so glad TouchMath has done is made the worksheets in larger font. This is great because a child needs big writing so they can see the problem with ease. If they have to struggle to see the numbers it can frustrate them before they even start thinking how to solve the problem.
The other great thing about this program is the fact that you can lesson plan right from your computer. If you know your child is struggling with a concept, well you can print out a large assortment of worksheets and keep working on the topic until the child "gets it". Also if your child understand the concept, then you can just carry on and print out the next concept.
Its also great that the program can be used again and again with younger siblings! Just put the disc away and when your next child comes to that age level, you already have your whole Math program right at your finger tips.

To me this is just AMAZING customer service. They don't need to offer there customers copy of the updated program, but they do. And they really want our advice as parents and teachers how they can make the program work for our children better!
As a parent who is struggled finding the perfect math program for her child, I am so glad I found TouchMath, and I plan to continue using it with my son.
